<p>I’m in Alabama also & have a D who is a freshman MT (not instate). UAB has just announced that they will have a BFA MT program starting next year. U of AL has a great program, the University of Montevallo has a program, and so does Troy University. For most programs you have to start as a Freshman for your MT classes, but you’d have to check with the schools to see if you have any gen eds that might transfer. Many MT majors are older, or transfers. Check on scholarships and financial aid! And good luck in your search! </p>
