If you are interested in business, you may (as many Econ majors do) want to look into a minor in Business Institutions (it’s only offered as a minor). It’s just a bunch of classes that have a very business-y side to them and it fleshes out an Econ major nicely.

If you want more business and less Econ/Math, you should also consider Learning & Organizational Change in SESP (learning about how to change organizations, with peripheral classes in social sciences), or even Industrial Engineering in McCormick (which has some business qualities but also a more science-y side).
