<p>For major changes, they’ll instruct you to go to a different advising session than your original major after the welcome… lecture… thing. Like, if you were in a Humanities major switching to Anthropology, they’d tell you to go to the School of Social Sciences’ advising session, instead of the Humanities one.</p>
<p>They’ll tell you all about it once you get there, so no worries. A lot of people I know changed their majors while they were at SPOP-- no problem! c: But only those majors that are open.</p>
<p>As for official or not, I’m not sure. I don’t really think it matters since you just sign up for the classes you want and it doesn’t really affect you.</p>
