<p>^The school is nearly half out of state. I met several kids from California this year. Being an out-of-state student is really common. I found my classes to be pretty diverse. It is a state school, after all. You have lots of different people from different states and different socio-economic backgrounds.</p>
<p>A lot of SC is made up of very rural, poor areas, so you have students from those towns. Then you have students who come from wealthy Charleston families. Then you have students who come from out west. There are students from up north. It just goes on and on.</p>
