We had the Swedish dishwasher that had a low temperature setting for china - can’t remember if I also put the sterling silver in, but always hand washed the Waterford. The installer looped the water hose (and didn’t clip it to proper length) so the water pump in the dishwasher failed prematurely but we couldn’t take the risk of other things going out and replaced with Bosch w/o the low temp settings. The current dishwashers probably all super heat the water due to water quality world-wide.
Had a grand w/e with H. Fall weather has been super too.

If the dishwasher were raised to a higher level, I might use it. Hate the bending, and have no inclination to learn to spend time loading it when I could just get it all out of the way and wash the darned dishes. As it is, I remember it is there about 3 weeks out of the year; use it about 12 times a year.
I’m the one with most of the faults unfortunately. Half the stuff complained about here —I’m the guilty party.
Oh yeah, I do have a partial complaint–he makes his side of the bed while I’m still in it…

My ex used to do that bedmaking thing while I was still in it with a snap when he pulled up the covers. At 6 am on weekends.
