No connection with USC.</p>
<p>As for USC not wanting you to go to a different college first… I talked to admissions staff members and they said that I absolutely could do that. So I’m at Tulane for the semester before I go to USC. Also, if you’re admitted for spring ( I guess it would be 2012 in your case), then you can defer enrollment to fall of 2012 - I was really close to doing that. That way you could start in the fall, just a year later.</p>
