Just made an account to post, but I got into CNS for Textile and Apparel Design today. 3.7, three essays, no letters of recommendation, 70+ hours, Phi Theta Kappa and Epsilon Phi Delta (German CC honor society).

Its not a group, but group chat from people in the official transfer fb group. Once you get accepted, It will appear as a recommended thing to do on My Status
As a CNS hopeful, I really don’t know how I feel about all the decisions sent out today. I just wish I knew one way or the other… Of course, Congrats to everyone who was accepted!
I’m an international student, and just received a denial letter from Mccombs.

I have a question.
I got admitted to RTF exactly a week ago but I don’t really know how “degree audit” works.
Looks like it is very good tool for in-state student but for out-of-state students like me, it is very complicated.
It would be great if someone could give me advice.
Have any CAP students heard back yet? I attended UTA for my CAP year. I’m going for computer science with a 3.875 cumulative GPA, and I haven’t heard back yet.

hello hello everyone!!! i am new to posting to this thread although i have been following it for the past 2 months lol
I really need some sincere honesty here… this past semester I transfered home very last minute from the University of Arizona for family and personal reasons. I decided to apply to UT because it is close to home and it was my dream university in high school but i did not get in when i applied as a senior. I applied to moody corporate communications with a (please do not laugh) 3.2 and put COLA undeclared as my second choice. I have a very solid resume and a letter of recommendation. My essays were very well written as well. Will the fact that I attended a University prior to transferring help my chances? I understand they are pretty slim as is but it seems like ya’ll know a lot about the system and could maybe help me navigate my options. Thanks!
@Newsie2015 um, I’m from community college and I will finish 90 credits as of this quarter, which means I will get AA degree. My GPA is 3.99. I submit 3 essays and 2 recommendations
Could some people that are in progress out-of-state students give some of their details? The school received my final transcript on Monday the 23rd. So, what is the deal as far as length of time between receiving a final transcript from Spring 2016 and getting a decision from admissions?

@collegegurl97 yes entry level is what it’s supposed to say. I’m in review for CNS Math and mine says the same thing - it must be a CNS thing.
