I know that any campus has partying, but I am well aware of the tendency for the rich kids here to do drugs and drink alcohol because this town in CT (that I live in) is dull. They’ve said it themselves. I have lived in this town, in this state for 17 years. I think I have a good grasp on the atmosphere by now.

Anyways, pertaining to UCONN, on Students Review people had confirmed that the Storrs campus had a feel similar to the one I experience in my suburb/town, because according to them, there wasn’t much to do there and there are animals out there (which gives me a rural/farm impression).

And I disagree. I am asking from the perspective of a student at that school. Experiencing the campus itself or checking out the site will not allow me to figure out if it’s more of a party school. Can anyone who is actually a student comment on the Stamford campus’ vibe?
