I think that is part of it … I also think there is a perception that pretty campus suburban/college town schools are safer. I went to a couple of these schools and at one there was series of rapes … the rape prevention information was very interesting … including the idea that sprawling campuses with groves of trees or shrubs bring their own risks as there are numerous secluded areas and areas where it is easy to hide. The bottom line was whatever campus a student is on they should take safety precautions.</p>
