Parent here—I can’t figure out how to access the financial aid letter. I watched the video but still can’t figure it out—from the website, it looks like you only create the SUNet ID if you’re definitely accepting. Is there something I’m missing?

@Suemomsie To view the financial aid offer you need to create an SUNet ID. However, you may need to wait a bit for the id to be created. Then you need to login to Axess and click on view award letters. This video will help:

@vozvratsaa Thanks! I got the SUNet ID, set up the password, and provided a phone number for the two-step authentication process, but it doesn’t work! I tried several times—the call didn’t go through. Maybe because I didn’t put a “1” in front of the area code or because I used parentheses around the area code? And there’s no way to get back in, even to get the temporary, one-time authentication code. This is really frustrating! Maybe they’re just really busy and the call keeps timing out?

I created an account, but I do not have a “student” tab as shown in the video posted above. I only have “STARS”. Does anyone know what I could have possibly done wrong here?
@Suesmomsie Thanks—I guess there’s no point in continuing to try. Hopefully something will arrive by regular mail tomorrow. It would just be nice to know now, since financial aid is a big deal.
