I am an Iranian boy, among a few other students who aim for top touches in the U.S. for a bachelor degree from Iran. Stanford was, is and will be my dream university forever. I got rejected, but I am happy from the deepest part of my heart, that at least I had a chance to be in contact with this amazing university, which does not happen to everyone. Hope the bests for all of you, specially the ones who got in. We are all strong people with strong personalities, and no matter where we go, we can improve our world!
I want to say congratulations to everyone who was accepted! Hopefully I get to meet some of you at Admit Weekend! I was admitted EA. And to anyone who was waitlisted or rejected, I know that you will have a successful future at whatever institution you go to. Best of luck to everyone!

@junior1818 i dont know my mom won’t let me take a gap year, and I honestly spent so much money(its alot for us at least) and time on these applications and didnt get a single good thing out of it. I dont think i can go through this another year. Already affected my studies considerably given the amount of time my essays took, then all the financial aid forms, then thr interviews. Applied to 20 colleges
So im not sure what to do now
