I wonder for the past 7-8 years, the number of enrolled transfer students had never exceed the number of admitted transfer students according to Stanford common data. and the strange thing is, according to previous years transfer thread（I couldn’t remember which year), some transfer waitlisted students never got off the waitlist. I saw one got off the list towards to the middle of July, but that was years ago, and that was the only one I saw here.
