MIT is also very flexible with pre-requisites (which are considered a soft requirement) and degree requirement substitutions (which are handled via a standard petition process).
My oldest took some graduate-level CS courses starting with 3rd semester and wrapped up in 2.5 years, and youngest has been taking some grad-level math since 1st semester.
Thanks for the insight and after discussion with alumni of both schools and my mentors, this is ultimately the conclusion I came to as well. Excited to be committing to MIT and appreciate all the comments / advice on this thread
