Guess my old post wasn’t going to get an answer.

I talked about it being curved, but attempting to take the base 10 logarithm of one or two of the variables could straighten the scatterplot and allow the use of linear regression. Just covering all the bases >_>

I just finished taking the test, and it wasn’t too bad. I didn’t answer every single section for the FRQs, but I at least put something down for all six questions. I’m expecting a 3, maybe a 4. I’ll be surprised if I didn’t pass. =/

Hopefully everyone gets the score they want. Good luck!

Collegeboard couldn’t put more than one multiple choice question on one page? D=

Thanks for the gift of question 6, collegebored. <3
MC was okay, as well as the other FRQs, though I always get the ttest formulas confused…

Did anybody else say there wasn’t significance between two variables for a question (calculator stats were given, I just looked at r value, .36ish)

Other options included sig at .05, not at .10, and vice versa.

Did you have to do all for steps for the car one?
Like checking the conditions and everything? I think I just scribbled an equation down or something…

did you mention chi-squared for the last one? Or just take the cumulative and compare it against alpha?

I thought the exam was a fair representation of what I thought it would be. I really think it went well, so we’ll see what I end up scoring. I’m confident I scored high on MCs and I think I got more than a majority of the FRQs. I think I’m going to get at least the 4 I need :D

Was the last answer significant? If so, can someone explain? I barely had anytime at the end, so I put an answer and reasoning without checking the table.

Needed a five, but probably go a four. I agree with everyone else, the MC was easy, but the Free Response killed everyone. Hopefully they lower the cutoff for a five to around 60. Based on these posts, I would say there is a 50% chance it will be that low.

Free Response Evaluation
Correct:1,2
Partial:4,5,6

How did you guys do the last part of the # 6 FRQ?

Fail. I wrote like a page that had a response so complicated, I couldn’t even understand it myself. Hopefully the test grader will give some credit. LOL

I’m 99% confident (haha, no pun intended) that I got around 25-30 of the MCs right. I know I nailed #3, #4, and #5. I believe I got partial on #2 and probably partial one #1 (left it for last and ran out of time). 6 was surprisingly easy, so I think I at least picked up half on the investigative task. It’s looking really good.

hey byubound, are you a fellow utah resident! ?

test was hard on FR

^^^Soon to be! At least, once I start college there.

cool, but once i’m in college, i will defenitely not stay in utah!
