Go the summer, fall, or winter convocations where there will still be plenty of college graduates, and the numbers are not so high. There is real upward bias introduced by the clean cut, four years and out crowd. But there certainly has been natural (and justified) honors inflation as students have gotten stronger over recent years.

<p>You seem to be pretty quick to refute what I said, yet you provide no backup. I did an actual count from the program. Have you? </p>

<p>It is so common on these boards to have numbers with no backup. Because U. Chi does not release much data on undergrad GPA and such, I think is important that we deal with real data when we can get it and not be so quick to just offer supposition or speculation.</p>
