Stern Freshman Willing to Answer Questions!

<p>Hey jen, I have a question for you. I will be in CAS this fall with an undecided major. I want to transfer into stern and major in Accounting and Finance. I am aware that internal transfer is very hard but my sister did it so I’m guessing its not impossible. If I do not get into Stern, I will major in CAS economics. </p>

<p>The requirements for internal stern transfer are - WTE, calc 1 and Microecon. I am thinking about taking Econ Principles 2 (Microecon) this fall. I want to know if I should take Econ principles 1(Macro) as well? My sister told me that macro econ is not beneficial for stern. But I want to be suree about it. </p>

<p>My schedule for fall is :

  1. Principles of Econ 2 (Micro)
  2. Calc 2
  3. Cohort seminar
  4. Nat Science</p>

<p>Spring Schedule:

  1. Statistics
  2. WTE
  3. Intro to FA
  4. Intern Micro/Text and ideas</p>
