<p>The last cycle that CGO would consider was the Jan Exams. It is not quite fair for a minimumly efforted candidate to be allowed to continually bolster up his newly discovered weak areas indefinitely in order to replace an up-front well-prepared candidate, is it? Deadlines are deadlines. But ask away. Don’t be surprised at the answer though.</p>
<p>Also, I have a suspicion that the perceived definition of “wait list” is continually changing.</p>
