I got D1 a few small kitchen things:
I don’t get that combo pack, but bought both individually in a store.
Also got a Silicon basting brush for D2 (love mine, much easier to wash than the old bristle kind).

I purchased mine at the Apple Store. It’s a Mophie. I think a 2x charger. I’ve been very happy with it.
I don’t see the model I own at the store online, or I’d link you.
For people who enjoying cooking/baking, a microplane is a nice stocking stuffer. I use mine so much. You can get a decent one for $10 or less and they are a perfect size and shape for stocking stuffing.
I just bought my husband a small waffle maker from urban outfitters for $18. For all you waffle lovers out there, this mini waffle maker is a good buy.
I put a copy of the next year’s Farmers Almanac in H’s stocking every year. They are easily available and have a lot of fun information.
Also, several years ago a cc poster suggested nail clippers for the men. I started doing that and the guys love it.
I just picked up some tea caddies for my d’s.

Thanks for all the recommendations. I love this thread and always buy recommendations from you guys!
Camping twist ties from REI. They get used for everything - keeping grill tools together, putting bikes on racks in our house. Come in bright colors and many lengths.
Sports team burger flippers.

I haven’t gotten it yet, but did order it. Might be nice for the elders who don’t need things, but might enjoy reading how you feel.
Do you think the mini waffle iron is ok for a dorm room?
I love this thread by the way!
I’m spending the day at Barnes and Noble for a work related event (if anyone is doing online B and N Shopping the next few days and wants to support a wonderful literacy program PM me and you can enter our book fair code at checkout to benefit children in Ohio!
) - lots of good stocking stuffers ALL around the store!
I think k I’m going to get my son a nice leather bound journal - he had one he loves last year and lost it!
Bought some greeting cards at Target this morning and got 2 $5 Target gift cards - they will be going in D and SIL’s stockings.
Picked up some small size Body Glide balm at the running store - great little stocking stuffer for runners.
My mom got us these in our stockings a couple of years ago, from a craft fair, but they are available online too:

They microwave along with the bowl of whatever you are heating up, but stay cool so you can handle the bowl. I use mine almost every day.
Every year, mine get the four packs of movie tickets from AAA and would be disappointed not to.
@midwest67, YES!! I realized afterwards that I was remiss in not including the link. Thank you!
One of those helpful salespeople at REI suggest that I buy them to secure a bike on a rack for a long trip because I was worried about wiggle. I picked up two packages in different lengths, and after the bike job, they found themselves with a number of other jobs. Securing a clanging rope on a flagpole, holding together a pile of bamboo garden stakes, etc. So many, in fact, that I bought more. They are sort of heavy duty, reuseable, not easy to lose twist ties.
I prefer that longer lengths, but they all have jobs!
I buy gift cards for my kid’s favorite coffee shops or if that isn’t possible, I will get cards for Starbucks or Peets. I have daughters so I usually go to Sephora or Ulta and buy a bunch of sample size products. My D got me a monthly subscription to something called Birch Box. Each month you get samples of skin products/shampoo/cosmetics. You can set parameters when you sign up. For example, my D specified anti-aging products for my subscription.
Hair elastics or scrunchies for teen/college age girls. My girls can never find one when they need one. Can never have too many hair ties to tie your hair back. I also just bought some emoticon tins of candy at the food store. So cute.
D2 loves Ginger Chews from Trader Joe’s. I just found an unopened package when packing for my move – they will be going in her stocking.
@intparent I love those, too! They are addicting!
