What kind of suite is it? Is there a common kitchen, dining table and couch/ chairs? If so, your roommates and their friends will expect to eat and prepare food in the common area. Even if the common area is just a table, chairs and couch (no kitchen) I don’t think you can expect roommates to not use these areas and only eat and entertain in their rooms.
If your food allergies are so severe, you will probably need to spend your time in your own room or you should get your own apartment (off campus). Even if roommates say they will comply with your allergy needs, if food is cooked and eaten in the kitchen or dining areas, you may be accidentally exposed to problem foods/ allergens despite their good intentions. You will need to stay away, rather than expect them not to have food in their kitchen or on their dining table which is meant for meals.
I do not think it is reasonable to ask your roommates to eat on their beds and not entertain in their suite.
