<p>If you look at the other posts in this forum, you’ll see that you’re not the only person this happened to.</p>
<p>Send an email to the UNC admissions office. Tell them you submitted your app on October 20, and have now received an email from Common App saying the submission was unsuccessful. Ask them what they’d like you to do.</p>
<p>Keep it calm, polite, and brief. It’s unlikely you’ll be penalized for a system failure that everyone is aware of, so send the email and hope for the best!</p>
