<p>Both my Application and Supplement have been downloaded, but since I was one of the many who were freaking out that a credit card payment would not be processed for a few days, I proceedingly checked Mail Check after I paid via Credit Card (with no intention of actually mailing a check). Anyway, for the past two days, my Payment has had a green triangle and said “Submitted,” but when I checked it this morning it now says “Not Submitted” but still has a green triangle. Is this happening to anyone else? =/ I’m pretty sure my application is still submitted, but this payment problem is really annoying and unassuring.</p>
