Submitting a research paper???

<p>Page 2 of the Common App supplement describes what you need to do to submit research, though I don’t see the specific reference there to name and DOB (though I know I saw it somewhere).</p>

<p>Definitely include your name on every page. DOB is probably to match up in cases of people w/common names. No worries.</p>
