<p>I graduated high school back in 2004 and was discouraged I couldn’t attend a UC or CSU because of $. Ever since then, I carried this mini-depression with me through three years of CCC and would constantly drop classes, or get W’s, and only had about 30 qtr units to show for all of those three years of CCC. All of my high school friends already transferred or were soon to graduate from college and I was still stuck with a minutiae of units and a dismal GPA. I buckled up, found out there was still hope, and upped my GPA to 3.5
Admitted to UCSC, and waiting to hear from UCB, UCLA, UCD, UCSB.</p>
