suit for first "real" job interview

<p>Full windsors do take up a lot of tie, for me, as a kid who is 6’3 I can’t even do it because it’s too short, I also think that full windsors sometimes look a little too “fat” as a knot. If your son is tall I’d go with a different one or the tie may be too short, going to extra long ties sucks because there’s so much less to choose from.</p>

<p>full windsors also require a shirt collar with wide spread for the finished look. For a narrow spread, 4-in-hand looks great. For a std spread, half-windsor is a good look.</p>

<p>This is a world unto itself! I was feeling rather smug and confident after suit selection… until they asked us what kind of “break” he wanted in the pants. Blank stare. I’ve always figured that when in doubt, always choose “medium” for most everything! Medium break it is. Now… should I have had the vent sewn shut…?</p>
