However, I feel as though nothing is stopping the admissions committee from stretching out these decisions over the course of this business week?
I called and the lady said maximum by the end of this week, and that most of the decisions haven’t rolled out. So soon enough we will all be relieved from the stress of waiting !
Just got accepted this morning! Moody, journalism major. 3.4 GPA with. “C” on my record, but great essays and a resume (already have internships and work experience as an incoming sophomore). Good luck everyone else! Hook 'em!

Yeah I submitted my application in January… This randomness is feeling like a curse.
@ecollin , I’m with you on this pain… called admissions office earlier today, same answer as few others also got. They have already made the decisions and just rolling them out in batches. We all will hear by end of this week, they said.
It is so frustrating how their decisions are constantly pushed forward… from May 1 to May 15 to June 1st to June 15th and now “end of the week.” Ridiculous…

Very likely @toastyful it will probably be like with the engineering applicants… Pretty much everyone heard back within a couple of hours
@Toastyful , that’s what the lady at admissions told me, decisions are done, just rollout in progress. They can’t release them all as it’ll jam the system, that’s why the slow agonizing process killing all of us.
@MyUTAustin if your still in review for Chem E … you got a solid chance … 2 friends both with 3.96 and 3.94 got rejected from it yesterday so be happy lol
