Summer film program in Tri-State area?

I’m looking to go into film. Since some of the schools I’m looking at (primarily Chapman and USC, also NYU and others) want a portfolio, I need to start getting some experience. I’m a rising junior, and I know it’s probably too late to find anything this summer, but does anyone know of of a DAY program in the NJ/Delaware/Philly area that covers all aspects of film (producing, directing, screenwriting, etc.) for high schoolers in the summer? It doesn’t have to be affiliated with a college or anything. Thanks.

Also, if you know of anything duing the school year mention that too. My school doesn’t offer anything remotley related to film.

In New York City, there is the Maysles Institute in Harlem, with a summer program for teens:

The Maysles brothers, Albert and David, made documentary films including Salesman, Gimme Shelter, and Grey Gardens. Albert is in his eighties now.
