Summer housing in Boston?

I have a son who has secured summer housing in the Boston area during the last 3 summers. One place to check is Lesley University (in Cambridge) summer housing. There are also Tufts University students who sublet their off-campus apartments for the summer. (In Somerville) Both of these locations are on the Red Line which is very reliable, and she would have to transfer to the Green Line probably. Here are links to the appropriate sites:
