All the Sumer programs that I am seeing for students interested in business are for juniors or seniors. Are there any for students who are currently sophomores? Thanks.
You’re talking college students, not high school - correct? There’s lots for rising Juniors which your kid will be next year.
If High School, NLSC might work as it’s for 6-12 graders but I can’t say the business program is.
WUSTL - covers all age ranges.
IU - for rising Juniors.
Babson - rising Juniors
Drexel - rising Juniors
UTK for rising Juniors
There’s a lot - many more than this…but som e also for 10th graders but yours will be a Junior come next summer. This is a small sample. What’s your home state or area…or budget? Or am I missing something?

Thanks a bunch. We are from Kansas City. These look like paid programs. Is there any merit in doing such programs?
Our kids did some summer programs. It was useful for them to see what they liked and didn’t like.
Paid programs typically don’t give a boost with admissions.
The advantage of any program is simply providing exposure (although minimal) to see if this is a field a student want to pursue.
I’m sure there are more programs. I did a simply search and there are many - and I’m sure others of varying costs. I just searched local to your area - tried UMKC but KU came up.
You noted there were none but that’s far from the case.
Here’s the one near you and it sounds great - even for kids from far away. It’s not free but a scholarship is given to all students that cover all costs, sans travel, which doesn’t impact you since it’s less than an hour away. I don’t see a grade requirement - just says HS students.
