<p>No, as an incoming freshman, you would not have to complete a course approval form if you are taking classes at a CC. To look for classes that fulfill GEs and other requirements, you would look at the community college’s articulation agreement with USC. By the way, I verified this with my regional admissions counselor as well as some other people working in admissions.</p>
<p>You would be allowed to take GEs as an incoming students because by that time, you would have already graduated from high school.</p>
