<p>Oberlin does not offer any on campus summer studies programs. There are a minimal amount of paid on campus summer jobs and two summer research programs, but there are no classes.</p>
<p>As lipitopapito mentioned, the offices of career services and study away, and a look through ObieOps (an internal database of internships and jobs that career services sponsors) are a good first step to figuring out what sort of summer opportunities exist.</p>
<p>Oberlin accepts transfer credits from other accredited institutions but I highly recommend that you and your son take a look at the extensive amount of information [about</a> transfer credits](<a href=“http://www.oberlin.edu/catalog/college/transfer.html]about”>http://www.oberlin.edu/catalog/college/transfer.html) if he chooses to go that route.</p>
