<p>When I was in college in the late 60s, a friend overdosed on drugs and the emergency room told me he would likely not survive, and if so, would be a vegetable. I immediately got a group of his friends together and we focused on his complete recovery, without any distractions, for a few hours. He recovered completely and I’m convinced our collective focussed energy had something to do with it.</p>
