Beautiful, epistrophy. Thank you for including the amazon links. I’m going to purchase these books!

Welcome to a peaceful Sunday, everyone.

If anyone would like to send me photos of their feet in red shoes, I’d welcome more photos for the collage I was trying to assemble. I’ve received a few, but I really don’t have enough now to complete a collage; anyone else?

I will get mine to you in the next day or two. I know it’s feet-only … any particular “pose,” or just plain old ankles & feet?

Sending a PM shortly, mootmom

Well, in a high-speed trip through the dizzying world of on-line shopping, I just found (and ordered) a pair of what, I’m sure, you’ll soon be seeing on the feet of fashionable XYers from coast to coast:

[Zappos.com - New Balance MB805](http://www.zappos.com/n/multi_view.cgi?product_id=7335040&color_id=585&view=multi&ref=multi-button)

P.S. In the department of surprising (or perhaps not) coincidences, I just now noticed (what an amazing thing a “search” function is) that when she first posted a link to her own shoes (though not shown there in red), LTS linked to the same place, Zappos (#3020).

photo is coming!!! got sidetracked, but I’ll email it to you in the next day or so.

I can see LTS lobbying for something in her new world. Nice Haiku. Thanks for posting.
I am hoping all feel the love and support that continues with this thread.

epistrophy - Will you wear them in court? (And I don’t mean basketball court.) I want to see you try to explain them.

I think I would cry everytime I wore them.

I appreciate the latest poem. My friend just died from adrenal cancer this week, leaving behind a H & 2 kids who are exactly my kids’ ages. I like the idea that she is busy taking care of some things that needed fixing!

My photo was done a while ago and delivered. Hubby was taking the photo of my feet in red sandals while lying on the grass on our front lawn. Funny and sexy.
Imagine the neighbors reaction…

I’ve only received about 6 photos in total, not really enough for a collage, so I’m still taking offers! Hey, I’ve even accepted a photo of pink shoes, which as we all know are kissing cousins to red shoes, so they’re A-OK in my book. Keep 'em coming!

My photo should be on the e-way tomorrow.

mootmom, I just got back from the East Coast and will send you a picture as soon as I can find my camera charger in my luggage.

(I have a feeling that LTS is still reading this thread on her heaven-issued BlackBerry…).

So glad this thread is still going. It’s the only thing I like to read in this forum these days…not too much that’s uplifting elsewhere! I sure do miss LTS, but I too believe she is keeping up with this thread and all of us. And I pray her D is doing well.

The memorial service for LTS will be held this coming Saturday, August 30. I plan on sending a message of condolences to LTS’ D on behalf of all of us in the CC community.

She knows we are here, but it is a nice reminder that we continue to care for her, and that her mom’s example continues to inspire us. Thanks in particular to epistrophy for keeping on posting links to helpful and inspiring information!
