<p>So, there is no reason for the dean to cut some program to strengthen others, right? U of Cali. System is facing real financial crisis, but all school in UC does not cut programs, but classes. Additionally, three or two UC are gonna establish their new medical schools, under a situation that there are almost nine medical schools in Cali. Emory just cut one of the only two dental schools in Georgia in 90s. I do not know what people in the administration think about. Emory is not a small liberal college in the south, but a comprehensive university in this nation.</p>
