Typically colleges have a disciplinary policy - not sure if the policy will include content on refunds but it might.
Or contact the office that administers it - maybe student services.
Does your son want to go back to that school? I can’t imagine he can finish on time - if you mean four years although maybe taking an extra class each semester or summer school or maymester, etc. can help…
