ok, when i click on the financial aid in the student portal, this is what i see:
Financial Aid
Select Aid Year to View
Select the aid year you wish to view
no date or anything so it probably does not seem likely for an acceptance.
It’s also possible that you won’t be getting a notification today at all. Maybe only those who are getting emails today got updated.

At this stage you are not accepted nor denied. Actually, the numbers “2023” will appear and become a clickable link to access your financial aid info if you are accepted. 
Anyone know what time?
After 6pm ET they usually are emailed out.

My son got in with a $15K merit scholarship. Needed this good news after being rejected from Northeastern the other day

Daughter got in directly to forensic science with a $15,000 scholarship. She is so excited! Does anyone know if grants would be separately? Would definitely need more than 15,000 a year to make this work.

However the emails sent out today seem to primarily be Dean/Chancellor’s scholarships 
Accepted to Whitman with the Dean’s Scholarship of $10k/year! Woohoo!
4.3 wgpa, 1300 SAT, 12 honors and AP classes, varsity cheer captain, legacy. Not sure if she’ll choose it, as she will need to love it twice as much as her other top choices, as even with the scholarship it will cost twice as much lol. Good luck to all of the new students! Syracuse is a GREAT place to be!
