I also don’t think there’s any preference between whether you get in in the first wave or the last, it’s probably semi-random or maybe based on regions? Still, we’ve got at least until Monday evening to wait.

@mattm12334 I believe someone said here that, last year, for the week of March 31st decisions were sent out every weekday. Not sure though.
I also called admissions on Wednesday and they said that they would be “rolling out decisions every weekday” and that they were still reviewing applications because of the delay caused by the winter storm.

That message keeps popping up on my mysliceacceptance form
Can someone check their myslice to see if anything changed? When I click on My financial aid or admissions acceptance form it shows a dark blue screen that says oracle peoplesoft and asks for a user ID and password. This didn’t happen yesterday
@ryguyee Do you think it means anything? Every time I try clicking on my financial aid or admission acceptance form, myslice asks me to sign in with a user ID and password

@atb514 500 is a standard error with there server, they are either doing maintenance or they have a bug
@ryguyee yes I’m having problems also. I know some people who go to Syracuse (they’re freshmen) and sent them a picture of my myslice asking if it means anything. If it does, I’ll let you know
Under my admissions to do list changed too. Now there’s a big banner of Syracuse students playing the trumpets with Syracuse flags hanging from them. Don’t know if this is part of my myslice changing or if it has something to do with the error message

@ryguyee @caasse you mean people rejected showed aid for 2018 too or…? IF they do plan to release decisions this following week like how they released acceptances on the 31st, I really hope we got in! Considering how far of a reach SU is for me, a rejection wouldn’t be a shock but I hope they don’t release any more rejections… I’d rather get waitlisted.

I am just hoping for Monday night… My brother got rejected on friday, but I didn’t. I have a higher SAT by 200 points tho, same GPA but we applied to SU on different days. Does this mean anything?
@mattm12334 I don’t think it matters what date you applied. I applied in October, and I’m still waiting. SU will most likely base their decisions off of SAT / ACT scores, GPA’s, and EC’s
