<p>That doesn’t necessarily mean you will be rejected!
You can apply, cross your fingers, and see. A 3.75 is way too good compared to most people, but it might not be enough since Haas and Biz Econ adcom are filled with 4.00 and 3.99 applications. If you have a strong upward trend, or any internship, work exp, special circumstance, you certainly CAN get into these 2 programs.
And btw, Math Econ is really good to get into grad schools. Like you said, the chance you will get into Math Econ with a 3.75 is pretty high, I think should be around 75% :)</p>
