<p>Did your PSAT score put you in the running for the National Merit program? If so, be aware you need to take the SAT in order to move on in the National Merit program. If you’re happy with your ACT score, it it best to finish off your SAT IIs and send those scores to the colleges you’re applying to, and then take the regular SAT. That way, if you’re unhappy with your score on the SAT you don’t have to let the schools know about it.
