<p>I believe most of the UCs have there own kind of TAP. Berkeley however is the only TAP program that you have to qualify on an income level, be a first generation college student, or be underrepresented student (minority). The reason for this is due to the fact that Berkeley TAP program is privately funded through the Jack Kent Cooke foundation that set these requirements.</p>
