Tasp 2007

Last post of the night before I go to sleeeep.

Those shadow dancers on the Oscars are really awesome.

THAT WAS AWSOME.

It’s in-room here at the boarding school, so it’s my last post too.

We only have 11 pages to go!

breathes long sigh of relief

The anticipation is causing me not to read through these posts more carefully. I apologize.

Thanks for the clarification, giantredlobster.

No Problem

Lol. Sorry, aesh!

Didn’t mean to scare you there :P

Hehe…I’m having a baking spree instead of doing my homework. Cinammon raisin bagels, chocolate chip cookies, sugar cookies, and crumble bars. WOOT I love baking. Maybe I’ll be a baker when I grow up…should’ve written that in my TASP essay, bummer!

yanners - aren’t they? I liked the happy feet thing they did. :D

So after a long hiatus from CC, I’m greeted by many pages of post. It’s kind of nice to be back, though I am getting kind of caught up in the anticipation… X_X

Tako. Your baking right now. Woah, I’m gonna scooter to your house right now and go get some.

Crumble Bars, sound interesting. And CinRasin Bagels are quite delectable, ooohEE.

Million$ Baby, I’m sure your not the only person that will be returning.

Haha why don’t you drop by!

I accidently left my crumble bars in the oven when I was broiling bagels  so they’re a tad dark on top. They still taste okay, though.

My bagels are now in the oven  I’m excited for them!

Call me sheltered, but I didn’t know you could make bagels.

I wish I could cook right now. Or bake. Or tell the difference between the two…

It’s amazing how gullible stressed people are. OH! I now understand the Starbucks philosophy – people who drink coffee are generally pretty stressed, stressed people are gullible, gullible people are willing to pay $5 for two shots of espresso! I feel so accomplished, this is what Mendeleev must have felt like when he finally understood the pattern of the periodic table.
*Brushes drop of sweat off of forehead and sighs in triumph

Haha uber ^^

I don’t get stressed though. Or drink coffee. And I’m usually not guillible…it’s all TASP’s fault.

How could you not know you could make bagels? Don’t you…buy them? Do you think they’re artificially produced or something? Lol.

It’s actually quite easy. Just a tad time consuming…a lot of waiting time. But actually working time…maybe half an hour, max. Altogether…about an hour and a half. It’s fun

Now…two nights of math homework, journalism article, unit test for apush tomorrow. Ah, what fun.

Well I know they are baked. But I did not know that you could do so in the capacity of your own kitchen. Hmmm

Maybe I will try some time.

I think you should. It’s fun. Plus baking gives me a sense of accomplishment which I rarely feel in my terrible and pathetic life.

HAHA dont worry. GL on your test.

Lol I pretty much suck at history. In fact, it’s a miracle I managed to crank out an A last semester…90.45 and the cutoff is 90.0. Scary…I think I’m going to get a B this semester though. Bummer. I shall have to try harder. Hmmm.

OKAY I am going to set a new goal for myself. I will work until 8 o clock each day WITHOUT the computer in front of me. Okay. Okay. I can do it. Starting tomorrow…I shall not be on until eight.

Good luck everyone! Hope many of you get an interview.

AND. Sharpen up that knowledge of current events, make sure you really know about whatever you wrote your essays about, different viewpoints on the issues, etc.

But relax, 50% post-interview admit rate, remember :).

tako, feeeed me.

uber, you should get in if not for your essays, but for your witty humor.

butcherer - have you been through this process before?

The process of procrastinating after a long break?
Of getting the **** scared out of me by college admissions?

Yes/no.

But yea. YOU’RE GOING TO HAVE SO MUCH FUN IF YOU GET IN.

So your a past TASPer who just had a traumatizing app experience, but seemed to have recovered?

No, it’s still traumatizing me.
I WANT LIKELY LETTERS. PLS?!

I think I can almost conclude that no, TASP does not make a dull stone sparkle in college peoples’ eyes.
