tasp interview tips

Holy crap people, where were you before my interview!?!!?
Anyway, I went to TASP this past summer (2005).
To be honest, the interview was easy, the essays were much harder.
The interview is simply them asking you questions about your essays which you wrote, so have opinions  and debating. Much debating. They will turn every opinion upside down so fast that you’ll be reeling, but don’t worry, if you have a few good answers and feel like you screwed it up, you probably didn’t.
I personally thought I aced the interview, but my fellow TASP buddies left close to tears convinced they had no shot, so just go for it.
Be friendly and attentive, and you’ll be absolutely fine.
I think I should have tried to scare you guys, but who cares, you won’t be in my application year!

If anyone is interested, TASP is way cool, so apply. All you have to do is score in the 99th percentile on the PSAT or convince your school that you’re worth recommending. I got both, so I can attest that they’re both possible.
Good Luck!
