Telluride Association Summer Program ( TASP ) 2008

though that is quite a phenomenon, i dont think people //become// gay.
though the wicca thing is believable.

Panic: Oh trust me, at least one of them became gay. He started out with a loving girlfriend of 3 years, had another one, and wound up with our “bisexual” (gay but not admitting it) mascot man.

interesting.

Yes, a fellow fan! There are actually episodes on google video that I go back and watch over and over, just for fun.

So, how about we do fav music again for porna?

ok. im currently in love with jill scott’s music. and luther vandross.

i’d imagine some TASPlicant new to CC comin’ on the end of this thread and be like what the?

falling up, audio a, daughtry

well we are pulling in the lurkers so that is a plus.

Porna’s taste in music is entirely random with a slight leaning towards Broadway (I used the word fabulous. Is anyone surprised?). Right now (as in of 23 hours ago) I’m into Reel Big Fish, but it will be different in a few hours.

By the way, this is our gay mascot man’s deviantart page complete with photo (see his ID pic), in case anyone would like to see the boy who gayified our other male group member (he has Deviantart too, but no photo on his page).

Luther Vandross? Really? I’m not being critical, I don’t even know what the guy sounds like, but his name has connotations of soft jazz and elevator music.

The Flaming Lips, The Magnetic Fields, Matt and Kim, St. Vincent, and Iron&Wine

yes luther. i love that dude’s voice. you should pandora or youtube him or something.
soft jazz sort of, kinda, but elevator music never please.

interesting… luther vandross… i think i’ve heard of that name before. ditto on jazz. he sounds like he belongs on a classical christmas album or singing ballads

omg. you all are crushing me. ::tear:: how have you all Not fallen in love with this man.
and he might have made a christmas album or two…

(sigh) I have to go do the Envirothon stuff that I have diligently avoided doing all weekend. So long, farewell, somethingsomething say adieu…(this is the extent of my musical knowledge beyond Broadway: songs used in coffee commercials).

Angie Stone
Carl Thomas
Cornel West & Bmwmb
Heather Headley
Jaheim
Luther Vandross
Toshi
Vivian Green

all of these guys are awesome.

The hills are alive with the sound of music…and nazis. (:

What about bands, mls? Or are you a solo-singer type person?

awww… i’m sorry mls. would you like a fuzzy red elmo hug? hands over box of tissues

so what TYPES of music are you guys into ? rock? alternative? pop? heavy metal (aka smashing things and yelling at the top of your lungs)

What IS pop, exactly? Cause I listen to a band called Vampire Weekend that has drums, guitars, and all the other makings of a rock band, but they are called “poppy” whenever a reviewers talks about them.

band wise id have to say:
Anberlin
Augustana
Bowling For Soup
Boy Hits Car
Cartel
Coheed And Cambria
Coldplay
Copeland
Cornel West & Bmwmb
Cute Is What We Aim For
Envy On The Coast
Fall Out Boy
Fort Minor
Green Day
Hinder
Jack’s Mannequin
Linkin Park
Maroon 5
Nickelback
Nirvana
Red Hot Chili Peppers
Self Against City

The Arrogant Worms
The Audition
The Dandy Warhols
The Fratellis
The Fray
The Goo Goo Dolls
The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus

and i honestly imagined getting a hug from elmo, i saw the fuzzy arms.lol.
but i cant pin down a genre.

some of those bands are rock and alternate. umm… i think is sorta like a light rock mixed with rap… idk tho

and i have that effect on girls sometimes  ya just can’t resist elmo

Wow, that’s a lot, and I can’t believe that outta the entire list, I don’t know any of them. Well, I KNOW them , like I’ve heard their name, but I don’t listen to any of them.
