I don’t get it, papercrane.
Blackhole? Is it a band?

Hehe, yeah, that one thepapercrane. I’ve only heard a few songs of it.

I’d say in a lot of cases, the industry is to blame. If they stick with an independent lable, they’re okay, if they decline a little. Once they sign to a major label, though, they’re on the downhill usually.

If you read my previous political posts, you have to know I’m rooting for Ron Paul.

Ron Paul is my guy too. I haven’t really been following platforms too much, but he and I fit best, I think.

i hate to say this but who is that?

Out of the major parties:

Edwards was my favorite out of the front-runners before he dropped out.

I wish there were some slightly more fiscally conservative candidates. Everyone seems so eager to build up a nice, big national debt.

He’s that other Republican nobody pays much attention to.

dont we have that already? as i know it theyve been beaten to the punch.

Ron Paul? Some of his ideas are good, others are purely naive and unfeasible, in my opinion. How does he expect us to switch back to hard money, for example, and avoid economic collapse at the same time? And abolishing the income tax would be next to impossible…

Oh, I know. It’s ridiculous. It’s the economy that really matters, and we definitely need some help now with the debt and the pending recession.

Not Ron Paul, Wink. He is a pure Republican, meaning small government, no high expenses.

hard money like gold coins. nice. wow this guy is for change.

Any Huckabee supporters out there?
I just can’t imagine having a President Huckabee. Maybe I’m a small person for saying so, but the idea just makes me snicker inside.
And the Fairtax is just bad. Bad bad bad.

Yes, but at least he’s a little interesting.

As a classical liberal, I support a flat 15% income tax, instead of this IRS mess.

but what about the people that find 15% to be devasting to their income?

if anything it should be a scale based on income.

I agree that congress would oppose him on almost everything, but this would be great, none of the smuck that congress currently passes, like the Patriot Act or retroactive immunity for telecoms, will get past Paul, and some of Paul’s more extreme ideas would have to be negotiated with congress to a balanced level.

Huckabee definitely makes me smile. I liked Edwards, too. I kind of wish we had a moderate Democratic candidate instead of Hillary…

It’s less than what’s taken out of paychecks now.

“Yes, but at least he’s a little interesting.” -Earilmadith

I think that’s what people said to Bush’s re-election. (:

but earil that does not justify it.

and o dear hilary. i feel like deep down there is a large section of people who will be voting for the wrong reasons.
