[ ] Why you think you were accepted/waitlisted/rejected: I think my essays put me over the top. I am also National Merit, and Northwestern is trying to unseat Harvard for the #1 spot in having the most National Merit scholars.
[ ] Where else were you accepted/waitlisted/rejected: Accepted to Hanover College, Purdue University and Loyola University.

No one is a sure thing at a school like Northwestern. I think the best you can do is to be an individual. We’re all smarties. You have to get their attention without the help of your GPA.</p>
