<p>I have heard that for the small number of people with LOA’swho do not recieve a nomination from their own MOC’s, a Vice Presidential nomination is used. So in the highly unlikely event that you get a Letter of Assurance, but you still don’t get a nomination from ANY of your 3 sources, there is still a very large possibility that you will get a VP nomination</p>
