<p>5 cadets at each Academy at any one time…10 nominations against any available vacancy. Each MOC has the ability to rank his nominations or allow the individual academy (Go USAFA, Sink Navy, Sorry USMA77 Beat Army) to rank them. Allowing the Academy to rank also gives the Academy better control over distribution.</p>
