Thanksgiving Turkey prep!

I read everyone’s tips and was able to incorporate a few. I roasted the turkey breast down at 325, and it cooked quickly and stayed moist. I have done the dressing in a slow cooker for a few years, so I continued that, but I also filled a muffin tin with dressing to bake for 40 minutes before dinner. People who like crispy bits to their dressing really liked those “stuffing muffins.”
