<p>Lenda2533- I didn’t really think about OOS students. In state students, have the luxury of our transcripts being sent through the DOE database. You can apply now, but I would try to contact your school immediately right after school begins. Is your school open during the summer (b/c of summer school or other reasons)? If so, talk to whoever is there and see if they can send your transcripts to LSU. They can take your application, but they won’t process it until they have your transcripts.</p>
