The Bathroom Bookshelf

Lighting a match takes care of stinky odors. :)

JK about the laptop. Strict rule about NO laptop in the bathroom in our family after someone was caught in the act.

I have candles!! Really!! The power grid is unreliable; matches have to be stored SOMEwhere we can get to them even in the dark!!

:D

Re laptops: my ex has been known to carry his into the smallest room in the house.

My current (second, last, really!) husband has a desktop computer.

^^ in the bathroom?

lol!!! No, no, not in the bathroom!!!

hahaha, that’s what I thought, too. btw, every time I see your screen name, vp, I read it as “viciousparent” …

If you ask my 15 y.o. DD, I’m that too!

As I recall, there was some research showing that computer keyboards have more germs per square inch than a toilet seat. So, in this context, taking a laptop into a bathroom would not make it any more “unsanitary”.

But it might make the toilet seat worse. ;)

I’m a big fan of having matches and a candle in the bathroom - nothing gets rid of associated odors better than a nice candle (doesn’t even need to be scented or anything).

I’m with bunsenburner on this one. The loo is the last place I want to spend my quality time.

But who’s going to check?!
