<p>I agree; the graphics of ToTA were kind of shoddy, but it was released in JA in 2004 (IIRC). The gameplay is freakin’ awesome (as always) and the characters are the best! Story leaves a little to be desired, but in comparison to ToS’s…:p</p>
<p>I actually don’t particularly care for ToP, but it was a fun little thing. The opening song is really catchy (and the US GBA version removed it, of course). The SNES version is better than the port, IMO, though the port has Suzu as a playable character, and has a few modifications in line with ToE (Tales of Eternia).</p>
<p>Hmm. I thought plenty of people knew about ToS, but now that I think about it, I don’t know (in person) anyone who does.</p>
<p>I’ve played games far more obscure, though. :D</p>
